Welcome to the MBYC Junior Email List

Welcome to the MBYC Junior Sailing Email List!

To all Mission Bay Yacht Club Junior Sailors, their parents, and interested and prospective MBYC junior sailors, We are creating a new email subscription system that we hope you will find useful. The new system will allow you to opt-in and opt-out of our mailing lists to better suit your areas of interest. We hope to use this new system to bring you outbound communication that better matches your unique interests.

With this initial e-mail, you are subscribed to the general e-mail list. If you are interested in receiving specific e-mails for the fleets listed below, please use the update preferences link at the top of this e-mail.

  • Sabot

  • Laser

  • Double-handed

We will use the new email system for most outbound emails, and it is our hope that it will allow you to right-size the amount and scope of the email you receive from the MBYC Junior Program. As always, you can contact the Program Director via email at juniors@mbyc.org and nothing changes with that way of communications. We will continue to add information to our website, and all of our outbound emails will also be posted here: http://juniors.mbyc.org/ and we will continue to use the Facebook site.

Feel free to provide us with feedback on our new system, as we continue to fine tune it in the next few months.

The new email subscription system introduced by the MBYC Junior Sailing Program sounds like a fantastic way to streamline communication and ensure that participants receive updates tailored to their interests. It’s great to see such thoughtful efforts to enhance engagement and keep the sailing community informed. Programs like these not only foster skill development but also create lifelong memories for young sailors.

For those looking for more engaging content on a variety of topics, On Scene Today is worth exploring. Additionally, managing daily tasks efficiently can free up more time for activities like sailing—here’s a helpful guide on avoiding late fees using NJMCDirect.

Kudos to MBYC for continually improving their program and making sailing accessible and enjoyable for all skill levels!
