When traveling, I often find that mobile communications abroad can be quite costly. A regular call can be significantly more expensive than the same minute via VoIP. However, on the other hand, if the internet connection is weak, the conversation becomes intermittent. So I wonder: is it better to overpay for mobile stability or take a chance with VoIP?

One thing that confuses me is sentiment vs fundamentals. Sometimes sentiment is very high, everyone’s excited, media is full of bullish stories — but the price doesn’t follow, or crashes soon after. How do people balance that? When is sentiment a helpful indicator, and when is it just noise?
