Promoting the Athletic Journey of Strength and Conditioning
As some of our sailors continue to pursue perfection in the sport of sailing, it is exciting for us to be supporting them in as many ways as we can. One of those ways is through physical fitness; with certain pieces of extremely versatile equipment we are starting to pursue the ways we can help these sailors not just be as smart as possible, but as strong as possible as well. The greatest example of this is the fitness classes that we are offering before our advanced racing classes for every day of the week at 10am.
